By booking a service with Pollitos Detailing, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
Services
Pollitos Detailing provides mobile auto detailing services in San Diego County. All services are performed at the customer's specified location. Final pricing may vary based on vehicle condition and size.
Booking & Cancellations
- Appointments should be cancelled or rescheduled at least 2 hours in advance.
- Same-day cancellations may be subject to a $25 trip fee if we are already en route.
- We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.
Access & Vehicle Condition
- Customer is responsible for ensuring the vehicle is accessible at the agreed time and location.
- Pre-existing damage, stains, or conditions beyond normal wear may affect results and pricing.
- We are not responsible for pre-existing damage not disclosed at time of booking.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your service, contact us within 24 hours and we will return to address any concerns at no extra charge. This guarantee covers workmanship only and does not apply to conditions that cannot be corrected (permanent stains, paint defects beyond the scope of the service, etc.).
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, Venmo, Zelle, and Apple Pay. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Liability
Pollitos Detailing is not liable for pre-existing damage, items left inside the vehicle, or damage caused by conditions beyond our control. We carry general liability insurance.
