What does the Community Partner Program cost the HOA?
Nothing. The association pays $0. Residents who book pay the (already discounted) resident rate. The HOA simply gets a free amenity, free board-member details, and co-branded marketing for the community newsletter.
Do you provide vendor onboarding documentation?
Yes. We provide a Master Service Agreement and W-9 within 24 hours of your request, ready for your management company's vendor file. Additional documentation requested by your community can usually be turned around the same day.
What about water and HOA / condo CC&R rules?
We are 100% self-contained — we bring our own water and use waterless / rinseless techniques where required. No hose bibs, no runoff into storm drains, only biodegradable products. We are designed to pass any CC&R review in California.
Can you handle Amazon DSP fleets at delivery stations?
Yes. We service DSP fleets in the Otay Mesa, Poway / Miramar, and Sorrento Valley delivery station areas. Vehicles can be cleaned at your station before launch (Tue/Wed AM) or at your yard. We provide a per-vehicle photo log for your scorecard records.
What's the minimum fleet size for the subscription?
Our minimum is 3 vehicles. Volume discounts auto-apply at 5+ vehicles, and we move to Net-15 invoicing for fleets of 10+. Custom enterprise pricing is available for 25+ vehicle fleets.
Do corporate vouchers expire?
Vouchers are valid for 12 months from purchase date. Unused vouchers are not refunded but can be reissued to a different recipient. Most companies see 80%+ redemption within 6 months.
How long is onboarding?
Typically one week. Day 1: intro call & document exchange. Day 2–3: MSA signed. Day 4–5: schedule locked & co-branded marketing assets delivered. Day 7: first Detail Day or first fleet visit.
Can we cancel?
Yes. All programs use a 30-day no-fault cancellation clause. We don't lock anyone into long-term contracts — we earn the renewal each month.
Do you serve communities outside Chula Vista & Eastlake?
Yes. Active service zones include Eastlake, Otay Ranch, Bonita, Chula Vista, Scripps Ranch, Carmel Mountain Ranch, Sorrento Valley, and Miramar. We're expanding throughout San Diego County — ask about your area.
Is your team bilingual?
Yes — all customer-facing communication, marketing, and on-site service is fully bilingual in English and Spanish. This is a key advantage in South Bay, East County, and cross-border-active communities.
